REFRIGERATED AIR DRYERS "RAD"

VTM's experience in the industrial refrigeration, has led to the development of a new series of dryers which certainly meet the requirements of a demanding market. The new machines, thanks to new and patented solutions, are capable of high level performances and are extremely reliable. The use of high efficiency heat exchanger together with a new maintenance free condensate separator, has made it possible for VTM to become a reference in the treatment of the compressed air. All dryers of the new series are manufactured in accordance to safety norms and ISO 7183 standard on refrigerated air dryers. The Know How developed in the company with the cooperation of hard to please customers has made possible for our production to be updated to today's market requirements. The compact range of refrigerated air dryers has been subject to further improvements to achieve best performance and reliability. All dryers are equipped with air - air heat exchanger energy saving, high efficiency condensate separator, large exchange surface freon condenser with conveyer suitable for critical temperatures. A patented solution allows an extremely low and constant dew point without icing problem, a prompt reaction and an extremely low power consumption. This "professional" range has been developed with the experience of many years of successful applications. The "true" dew point temperature of 3 °C is the best introduction factor of these units that, by means of a microprocessor, allows the control and the regulation of the dew point temperature as well as that of the condensate discharge interval and duration. The bundle type exchanger along with the high efficiency condensate separator allows a small pressure drop and an excellent operation even under heavy duty conditions. Upon request new type condensate drain can be installed which level sensor enables the discharge of the condensate without loss of compressed air. This new series of "industrial" dryers represent the fruit of VTM 's experience during many years in which large drying equipment has been manufactured and distributed world-wide. These dryers come with a totally redesigned look and will guarantee high performances even under the worst climate conditions.
